Lets be honest-you're here because you're short on options because of your credit history. Once they even LOST our $200 payment and required we pay it again! Absurd!Ĭonvenient and they have great vehicles and their prices are fair. Very rude and always screwing around with our amounts and deadlines due. Our car is fine but every time we call or go in to make a payment they treat us like crap. These people horrible! The customer service is dreadful. Ok place to go people come off very rude didn't care bout customer type attitude In and out very quickly without tons of paperwork. Love this place! Will continue to purchase vehicles in the near future if they are still in business. Upon purchasing a few of them I had minor problems but they work with you on getting the problem fixed even tho it's sold as is. Great place! Reasonable prices! Fast service! Not a lot of paper work which speeds the process. They definitely need to work on customer service in there!!! All in all, I may go back here to buy one day because the prices are reasonable especially if you buy flat out, but I will be sure to bring my mechanic with me! As far as employees: owners wife is super rude and all the employees i encountered there pretty much act like they could care less if they get your business or not. I did go back a few years later and buy another car (toyota camry) which I didn't have any abnormal problems with as well. Never had Issues except with the after market rims that were on the car when I bought it ( they were bent when I bought the car and had to replace with factory rims).

They towed it and let me pick out a new car free of charge (toyota avalon). The first car I bought from here, the transmission dropped on the side of the highway within 2 weeks (dodge challenger). The owner of this business Threatened me because I began to speak English and let her know she is sadly mistaken. She didn’t realize I spoke English & began to tell the others that we are stupid and that she wasn’t going to do nothing because we won’t see it. I was so angry, We decided to leave the car and not work with them to resolve the price n contract. After all that, she didn’t want to make changes Statung” YOU PEOPLE”. We found out that they made many error and registered a torally different car and he’s been paying on someone else’s car. After going back to this Dump of a business, to figure out the errors made. They added that total to the contract which was off line so it’s not that legable. They talked him into a Used vehicle that had a Value of $3450. I was there because they took complete advantage of my friend that was buying his first car. He didn't want the sale very bad I guess because they won't get business from me. What?! We waited on service for that long, other agents walking around everywhere, to be turned away.

He came over 5 mind for closing and asked if we wanted to test drive a car, then promptly told us we couldn't today cause they were closing. Waited for 45mins on someone to assist me, in the cold, repeatedly told the guy would be with us in a min. Horrible experience and I didn't even buy a car.
